Hubdoc allows you to easily capture and manage bills and receipts. You can upload documents using a scanner or mobile device. Having your documents stored in the cloud ensures you have access to the documents you need, when you need them. Once documents are uploaded to Hubdoc, the key data is automatically extracted and synced to Xero with accurately coded transactions and the source documentation attached. All documents are searchable and easy to access from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Hubdoc also means there is no need to keep paper records as HMRC are happy to accept digital copies of invoices and receipts.
By bundling Hubdoc into all Xero plans, businesses can take now advantage of the use of automated intelligence to save time spent manually processing invoices, at no additional cost. This move will change the way thousands of businesses process purchase invoices for good.
